Not sure where to begin?
Most women start with a message. No script, no commitment. Just say what you can.
You haven't fallen apart yet. Or maybe you have, but you're likely still doing everything that's expected of you, work, family, relationships, the invisible thousand things nobody sees and doing it while running on empty.
You cry in the car on the way home and have no idea why. Or you've gone the other way, numb, flat, disconnected from your own life. You're snapping at the people you love and hating yourself for it.
"You were not fine. You were managing. Those are different things."
"I came to Michela completely depleted. I didn't realise how much I had normalised feeling this way until someone finally named it.", Female, 54
You're so close to walking away from everything, your relationship, your job, your life as it currently is, that it frightens you.
You're not having a breakdown. But you're not fine either. You're managing. And you've been managing for so long you can't remember what it felt like not to.
But you've decided you can't go on like this.
More About Me
I'm a therapist, mother, wife and midlife woman which means I understand both professionally and personally how easy it is to lose yourself. Not dramatically. Quietly. Somewhere between the fourth fridge calendar you've bought because this one will definitely be the system that works and the moment you realise you're genuinely relieved when someone cancels plans because it means you don't have to wash your hair.
The sourdough phase that was never really about bread. Finding the sugar in the cutlery drawer. Starting to walk home before remembering you drove.
You're not losing your mind. You're just completely full.
"I am you, just a bit further down the road, with the training to understand what the road actually is."

Not passive reading, prompts throughout take you directly into your own experience. By the time you finish, you won't just understand the picture in general. You'll understand your picture specifically.
"Many women start here before they're ready for therapy. Most move into one-to-one work once they've read it."
